Austin C. Schreiber joined Richardson Plowden in the Columbia office as an associate attorney in 2026. He focuses his practice on Business and Corporate Law, and in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Collections, and Creditor’s Rights Law. Mr. Schreiber earned his Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2025, where he was the recipient of the Dexter Johnson Scholarship Award. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Sports Management with a Minor in Legal Studies from Texas Tech University in 2022.
Prior to joining Richardson Plowden, Mr. Schreiber worked as a legal intern for the H.E.L.P. (Housing Eviction Legal Assistance Program) Clinic in Oklahoma City. He also gained experience as a legal intern with the CCBA Judicial Internship Program.
Mr. Schreiber is a member of both the South Carolina and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
