George C. Beighley, Jr. joined Richardson Plowden as an associate attorney in the Columbia office in 2015. He focuses his practice on Medical Malpractice. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University in 2003, his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007, and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from George Washington Law School in 2010. Mr. Beighley’s experience includes developing patents related to computer technology and working in the creation and sale of trade secrets. He also completed a clerkship for Judge Ernest Kinard, Jr. in South Carolina.
