Eleanor “Elli” White joined Richardson Plowden in the Columbia office as an associate attorney in 2025. She focuses her practice in General Litigation.

Mrs. White earned her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2024. During law school, she was the recipient of the CALI award for Securities Regulation-Issuers, and Advanced Litigation Drafting. She was also the recipient of the D. Meade Field Workers Compensation Award. Mrs. White earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History, summa cum laude, from Presbyterian College in 2021, where she was actively involved in student government.

Prior to joining Richardson Plowden, Mrs. White served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Brian M. Gibbons of the South Carolina Circuit Court. Throughout law school, she also worked as a law clerk at many other South Carolina law firms. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
