Isabelle M. Christen joined Richardson Plowden in the Myrtle Beach office as an associate attorney in 2026. Ms. Christen focuses her practice on Medical Malpractice Defense law.
Prior to joining Richardson Plowden, Ms. Christen served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Martha M. Rivers in the Second Judicial Circuit. She earned her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2025. While attending law school, Ms. Christen served as a teaching fellow for Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing classes, participated in the Judicial Observation Experience Program with the Honorable Alan D. Clemmons, and participated as a fellow at Mass Torts Made Perfect in Las Vegas, N.V. Ms. Christen was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, Women in Law, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 2021, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business. Ms. Christen is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
