Lyndsey K. Ebener joined Richardson Plowden in the Columbia office as an associate attorney in 2026. She focuses her practice in General Litigation.

Prior to joining Richardson Plowden, Ms. Ebener worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable George C. James, Jr. During law school, she worked as a legal research, analysis, and writing tutor, and as a legal assistant for a family law attorney in West Columbia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Classical Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2021. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2024, where she graduated magna cum laude in the top six percent of her class. 

While earning her law degree, Ms. Ebener served as an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review. She also participated in the Education Rights Clinic as a student attorney. She received a CALI Award for Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing I and was a recipient of the Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award. Ms. Ebener is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar and its Young Lawyers Division, the Richland County Bar Association, and is a South Carolina Notary Public.
