Morgan McCrary joined Richardson Plowden in the Columbia office as an associate attorney in 2024. She focuses her practice in Business & Corporate Law and Estate Planning & Probate.
Morgan is no stranger to Richardson Plowden. Prior to joining the Firm as an attorney, she worked as a law clerk for the Firm for two years. During law school, she also participated in the Judicial Observation Experience (JOE program) with the Honorable D. Garrison Hill of the Court of Appeals. She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Wofford College in 2021 and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina (USC) School of Law in 2024.
While earning her law degree, Morgan was a student member of the John Belton O’Neall American Inn of Court. She was also Senior Research Editor and Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Education. She served as Vice President and Secretary of the Women in Law organization for the USC School of Law and was a member of the Student Bar Association and Tax Law Society. She is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar.
